Genuine handcraft with traditions from the 18th century. It´s now manufactured with the same knowledge as our forefathers.
Clock cabinets are made out of slow growing trees from the Mora area. The cabinets are painted using old traditional color and designs. To preserve the wood I coating it with linseed oil and turpentine.
After preserving the wood I do the pattern with soured milk and dry pigment. To get a nicer pattern I coating it with linseed oil and turpentine one more time.
The clock cabinet is now getting the old decoration of kurbits.
And finely I cover it with wax to get god durability.
